Folding Carton Capabilities

At E3 Package Media, we offer a multitude of folding carton through are specialty folded cartons and services to accommodate all our customers’ needs and all while using state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment in our Offset Press area, Die Cutting, fold and gluing manufacturing. The advantages of conventional printing are that it produces high image quality, and it works on a wide variety of printing surfaces. Our expertise is within the FULL SHEET size market, running piece quantities of 500-200,000. We utilize technology for color controlling tools, such as densitometers to control densities and to control dot gain to meet SWOP standards with control the quality of the output through the color bar on our LED UV inks standards.  Our Folding carton boxes, also known as specialty folded carton product boxes, are paperboard boxes primarily used for packaging individual products (e.g., cosmetic products, tooth paste product, known contact food, hot sauce cartons, tool set sleeves, screws/anchors, Gourmet teas). These boxes usually have tuck flaps on one or both ends of the box.  Folding cartons can be fully customized with print on the outside and inside of the box, giving you the best sketch to share your brand up to 30 pt. board.

Rectangular Sleeve: Considered a style in itself, its common functions include a slip-on cover with a tray or sleeve option. Sleeve carton options include a locked-side or glued seams.

Standard Reverse Tuck (SRT): A Standard Reverse Tuck carton is placed at the seam on the right side of the panel, on the backside. The top and bottom of the carton swing opposite ways to close from each end. The carton can be done by machine to increase efficiency.

Standard Straight Tuck (SST): This particular design is used for product to display product with an open area.  It is a straight-line tuck to make a machinable process.
